1. Scope
This Legal Disclaimer applies to SaveAttention™, saveattention.com, related web pages, browser tools, mobile applications, app beta builds, private or invite-only downloads, account features, community features, Feedback Genie, payment-related flows, support messages, emails, and any related materials provided by Verilogical™ or the SaveAttention team.
2. Who provides SaveAttention
SaveAttention™ is provided by Verilogical™, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. References to "we", "us", "our", "SaveAttention", or "Verilogical" mean the product, brand, owners, employees, contractors, contributors, administrators, affiliates, and representatives involved in creating, operating, supporting, or promoting SaveAttention.
3. Use at your own risk
SaveAttention is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to build a useful and privacy-conscious product, but we do not guarantee that the website, apps, beta builds, downloads, payments, account features, emails, community features, or support tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every use case.
You are responsible for deciding whether SaveAttention is appropriate for your device, files, data, workflow, account, and legal obligations.
4. Local processing and file responsibility
SaveAttention is designed so selected photos and short videos are processed locally in the browser or app where possible. You remain responsible for selecting files, reviewing outputs, confirming downloads, backing up important files, and deciding whether to delete originals.
Do not delete original photos, videos, documents, or other files unless you have verified the reduced or exported output and have any backups you need. We are not responsible for accidental deletion, file loss, failed downloads, corrupted files, device limitations, browser limitations, storage issues, or user mistakes.
5. No professional advice
SaveAttention, Feedback Genie, website copy, emails, app messages, community notes, and support replies are for general product, technical, and community information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, professional, security, or compliance advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific situation.
6. Beta apps and invite-only access
Android, iOS, TestFlight, APK, IPA, or other beta builds may be incomplete, experimental, unstable, or available only to selected users. Beta access may be invited, extended, expired, revoked, paused, or changed at our discretion. Beta builds may contain bugs, may change without notice, and may not represent a final product.
You should not rely on beta apps for critical storage, archival, business, legal, safety, or production workflows. You are responsible for refreshing your account in the phone app after admin changes and for using only official SaveAttention links.
7. Accounts, verification, offers, and community
Email verification, account pages, community features, Feedback Genie, SaveAttention Coins, beta requests, offers, discounts, rewards, and premium features may change, be corrected, suspended, or discontinued. We may limit abuse, duplicate accounts, automated signups, temporary emails, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms the product or community.
Offers, including limited-time discounts, are not guaranteed to remain available and may be subject to eligibility, verification, payment confirmation, technical limits, and applicable law.
8. Payments and third-party services
Payments may be handled by third-party providers such as Razorpay. Email, hosting, security, analytics, weather, app store, or infrastructure functions may use other third-party services such as Cloudflare, Resend, Apple, Google, or similar providers. These services operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, checkout failures, payment gateway decisions, card or bank issues, app store decisions, email delivery failures, network failures, or third-party policy changes.
9. Feedback Genie and user submissions
If you submit feedback, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, questions, testimonials, community notes, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You grant Verilogical and SaveAttention permission to review, store, respond to, moderate, use, adapt, or implement submissions for product improvement, support, community, and business purposes without owing compensation unless we separately agree in writing.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, copyrighted, private, or third-party information unless you have permission and understand the risk.
10. User conduct
You agree not to misuse SaveAttention, attempt unauthorized access, bypass invite or payment controls, scrape private data, interfere with services, upload or distribute malware, impersonate others, abuse Feedback Genie, violate laws, or use SaveAttention in a way that harms people, systems, the brand, or the community.
11. Intellectual property and brand
SaveAttention™, Verilogical™, logos, product names, website content, app designs, code, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by Verilogical or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, rebrand, reverse engineer, redistribute private downloads, misuse trademarks, or create confusingly similar services without written permission.
12. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveAttention and related materials are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, compatibility, and data preservation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verilogical, SaveAttention, and the people or organizations behind them will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of files, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, device issues, failed downloads, payment issues, service interruption, reputational harm, or claims arising from your use of or inability to use SaveAttention.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid directly for the affected SaveAttention service during the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires a different minimum.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Verilogical, SaveAttention, and their owners, employees, contractors, contributors, administrators, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of SaveAttention, your files, your submissions, your violation of this disclaimer, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
15. Changes and availability
We may update, remove, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or change any part of SaveAttention, including public pages, app downloads, invite links, beta access, pricing, premium features, community features, and legal documents. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
16. Governing law and disputes
This disclaimer is intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your jurisdiction. Courts and authorities in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
