1. Who we are
SaveAttention™ is a photo and short video compression product by Verilogical™, a software development company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact: [email protected].
2. Photo and video processing
Your selected photos and videos are processed locally in your browser. On phone browsers, this means the selected Gallery files are read by the browser, reduced on the device, and packaged or downloaded without being sent to SaveAttention or Verilogical servers.
We do not receive, store, review, train on, or back up your photo or video files. The app uses browser APIs such as file selection, canvas/image encoding, media recording, and local download generation. If your browser does not allow automatic deletion of originals, SaveAttention shows a manual-delete guide instead.
3. What data we collect
Photos and videos: We do not collect photo files, video files, or their contents.
Payment: Payments are processed by Razorpay. Verilogical™ does not store card numbers or banking details. Razorpay may collect device and payment information for checkout, fraud prevention, receipts, and compliance.
Local premium status: After a verified payment, SaveAttention may store a premium status token in your browser localStorage so the app can remember premium access on that device.
Cloudflare: The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata such as IP address and headers for security, routing, and performance. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
4. How we use data
We use payment and entitlement data to unlock paid features, provide receipts or support, and meet legal or tax requirements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Third-party services
SaveAttention may load resources from Cloudflare and Razorpay. Each service has its own privacy policy. Razorpay loads only when checkout is started or needed for payment.
6. Cookies and local storage
SaveAttention may use browser localStorage for premium status and app preferences. Razorpay may set cookies or use similar technologies for checkout and fraud prevention. We do not use advertising cookies in SaveAttention.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] with your request.
8. Data retention
Payment records are retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Browser-local files, ZIP exports, reduced video downloads, and local premium tokens remain on your device unless you delete them or clear browser data.
